In this video we present a male patient at around 27 years of age that has rushed to the hospital after he attempted to achieve sexual gratification with his girlfriend by inserting the weirdest object.
He presented to ER complaining about abdominal pain. His blood test and monitoring the vitals were all normal and he was administered pain-relieving medications.
But, the X-ray told a totally different story, showing a large foreign body assumed to have been inserted through the anus, rather than reaching the rectum via the mouth and gastrointestinal tract.
What surgeons retrieved during the operation was shocking — a 22cm cigar, encased in its original package.
He claimed to put the cigar up the rectum during a sex game.
It is not common to talk about these incidents in hospitals.
This is because it could cause embarrassment and lead to fewer people coming forward with their sex-related injuries, especially when involving women.
